Terms of Use
July 14, 2026
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of mastersteps.com, including its ministry information, educational resources, program and event pages, forms, and donation features. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational and ministry content
MasterSteps provides biblical formation and educational content for families, churches, leaders, and communities. Materials are offered for general educational and ministry purposes and should be adapted responsibly to the age, context, and needs of participants.
Children and parental responsibility
Programs and resources may address children and youth, but adults remain responsible for supervision, participation decisions, and appropriate use of the content. If you submit information about a minor, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Health and mental health information
Content concerning mental health, autism, child development, parenting, or family wellbeing is educational and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, safeguarding, or other professional advice. Seek qualified help for individual concerns or urgent situations.
Programs, events, and registrations
Dates, locations, speakers, availability, pricing, formats, and program details may change as logistics are confirmed. Information shown in a specific registration form or written confirmation applies to that registration. MasterSteps may reschedule, modify, or cancel an offering when reasonably necessary.
Forms and communications
When submitting a form, provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. MasterSteps may use the submitted details to respond to the request, coordinate the relevant service, and communicate as described in the Privacy Policy and your consent choices.
Donations and payments
This site does not process donations or membership payments. Contact MasterSteps for current giving and enrollment options.
Nothing on this site guarantees that a contribution is tax-deductible in a particular jurisdiction. Donors should obtain independent tax advice when needed.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, curricula, text, graphics, and resources belong to MasterSteps or are used with permission. You may view and use materials for personal, family, church, or noncommercial educational purposes when the resource allows it. Do not sell, republish, remove attribution from, or misrepresent MasterSteps content without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, collect information about other users, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
Third-party services and links
The site uses or links to services including HubSpot, Cloudflare, YouTube, and social platforms. Those providers control their own services, availability, security, and terms. A link or integration does not make MasterSteps responsible for third-party content or practices.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. MasterSteps does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular result from a program or resource. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MasterSteps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general educational content. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site, programs, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and updated date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
