Service providers

We use service providers only for the functions needed to operate the site and its services.

• HubSpot stores contact and request records so MasterSteps can identify each submission and follow up when appropriate.
• Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, consent-related services, and analytics or campaign tools configured through Zaraz.
• YouTube provides embedded video. Google or YouTube may process technical and interaction data when a video loads or is played.

Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies support core operation and save your consent preferences. Optional marketing tools managed through Cloudflare Zaraz remain disabled unless you grant the corresponding consent. More information appears in the Cookie Policy.

Text messaging

When a form asks for a phone number, you may optionally agree to receive text messages from MasterSteps about your request, programs, and events. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

MasterSteps does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except service providers that support message delivery and are bound to use the information only for that purpose.
